The bot is free to self-host. Only the AI module has a subscription: a symbolic amount per server that keeps the project evolving.
Pro Ticket
FreeEverything the bot does, running on your own infrastructure. There is no license to pay for.

The bot's AI module
Symbolic priceR$5.00per month, per server
Optional. It's the part of the bot that puts an AI model to work in your tickets, with the knowledge base, the memories and the staff tools. The AI itself is not included: you choose, and sign up for, the provider and the model.
What the subscription unlocks
- Answers in tickets using your server's knowledge base and memories
- Learning with your approval, and the team called in when the AI does not know the answer
- Summaries, reply suggestions and drafting, translation and automatic tags
- Voice agent, image reading and a performance report
What is not included
Access to AI models, credits or an API key. You pick the provider and the model in the bot's dashboard and add your own key. There are free and paid models; cost, limits and answer quality depend on what you choose, and are handled directly with the provider.
The price is symbolic on purpose: it doesn't pay for AI usage, but for the project's continuity — bot updates, support for new models and providers, and new features.
How the trial works
The AI module starts unlocked. The 60 days trial only starts counting the first time AI is used on your server. Installing it and leaving it idle does not use up any time.
When the trial ends without a subscription, only the AI module stops. Tickets and everything else keep working, and your AI settings are kept for when you subscribe.
Cancellation
Cancel whenever you want, in the customer area or directly in PayPal. Billing stops, and access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.
