Discord tickets, with a web panel and optional AI
Pro Ticket runs on your Railway account, with your own Discord application and your own database. Tickets, the web panel, reports, Steam verification and moderation are free. The AI module is optional, comes with a free trial and works with the AI provider you choose.

What comes with the bot
All of this is free, with no subscription.
Tickets
Ticket types with their own staff roles, tags that change who can access the channel, custom fields, invites, voice rooms, inactivity warnings, auto-close and limited reopening.
Web panel
Sign in with Discord to follow open tickets, read the live transcript and configure everything from the browser, without memorizing commands.
Reports and ratings
Reports with charts and JSON or CSV export, scheduled or on demand. Mutual ratings, reputation and HTML transcripts.
Steam verification
Steam sign-in with a verified role, a webhook reward and a public API to look up, create and remove links.
Moderation
Anti-flood with automatic timeout, a bait channel that punishes anyone who posts in it, and keyword monitoring in chat.
Community
Sticky and scheduled messages, text commands, mention replies, role menus, welcome DMs and automatic voice channels.
Three languages
Portuguese, English and Spanish in the bot and the panel, and each ticket's language can be switched with /language.
On your infrastructure
Each installation is yours: your Discord application, your database and your Railway account. Tickets and messages never go through this site.
AI support, your way
The AI module puts the model you choose to work answering tickets, based on what you teach it — and calls your team when it has no reliable answer, instead of making one up.
- A knowledge base and memories for your server, with learning that goes through your approval
- For staff: ticket summary, reply suggestions, drafting and translation
- Automatic tags based on the ticket subject, and reading of images and attachments
- A voice agent, a performance report and a playground to test without sending anything to Discord
The AI is not included: you choose the provider and the model and use your own API key. There are free and paid models, and usage is handled directly with the provider. The subscription unlocks the bot module, not the model.
The AI module starts unlocked. The 60 days trial only starts counting the first time AI is used on your server. Installing it and leaving it idle does not use up any time.

The Railway template deploys the bot, the web panel and the database together. You only bring your Discord credentials.
Create the Discord application
In the Developer Portal: the bot token, the Client Secret and two intents turned on.
Deploy on Railway
Open the template and fill in BOT_TOKEN, DISCORD_CLIENT_SECRET and GUILD_ID. Everything else comes preconfigured.
Turn on the panel login
Register the redirect in Discord with the domain Railway generated.
Set it up and publish
Run the initial setup in the panel or with /start, and publish the ticket panel.
What it costs
The bot is free to self-host.
The AI module costs R$5.00 per month, per server. It is a symbolic price that keeps the bot updated and evolving; AI model usage is separate, with the provider you choose.
See the detailsFrequently asked questions
Do I have to pay to use the bot?
No. The whole bot — tickets, web panel, reports, Steam verification, moderation and the community features — is free to self-host. Only the AI module has a subscription, and it is optional.
Where is my server's data?
In your installation: the bot runs on your Railway account, with your database. Tickets, messages and transcripts never go through this site. Only what the license needs reaches us — it is all in the privacy policy.
Does the subscription include the AI?
No. The subscription unlocks the bot's AI module — the part that makes the bot use a model in tickets. The model is yours: you choose the provider in the panel and register your own API key, with free and paid options. Usage cost and limits are the provider's. The key is stored encrypted in your database.
Why is the AI module paid?
The price is symbolic. It doesn't cover AI usage — that's with the provider you choose — but Pro Ticket's development: bot updates, support for new models and providers, and new features. The rest of the bot stays free.
When does the AI trial start?
The AI module starts unlocked. The 60 days trial only starts counting the first time AI is used on your server. Installing it and leaving it idle does not use up any time.
How does the bot get updated?
Keep Auto Deploy turned on for the bot service on Railway: when a new version is published, Railway updates it on its own. With it off, the project stays on the version from the day you deployed.
How do I cancel the AI subscription?
From the customer area on this site, or directly in PayPal. Billing stops, and access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.
