Privacy policy

This policy describes exactly what this site collects, what it does not collect and why. It was written from what the code actually stores, not from a generic template.

Who is responsible

This site — the AI module license, the customer area and the subscription — is operated by the developer of Pro Ticket, who is responsible for the data described on this page. The data inside each bot installation (tickets, messages, transcripts, verifications) stays in that installation's database, under the responsibility of whoever administers the server, and is covered by the privacy policy shown in each installation's panel. When the developer installs and hosts the bot at a customer's request, they act as the processor of that installation, following the customer's instructions.

What we collect

Three sources: what your bot installation sends with each license check, what your Discord account provides when you sign in to this site, and what the subscription needs.

From your bot installation

  • The server's Discord ID, the owner's ID and the bot application's ID
  • Server name and member count
  • The bot version running
  • AI configuration: which providers, models and API addresses are selected, and whether a key is configured — never the key itself
  • AI usage volume: number of interactions in 24 hours and in 30 days, and the date of the first reported use
  • The IP address the check comes from, for support and abuse detection

From your Discord account

  • Your ID, username, display name and avatar
  • Your email address, used for subscription notices
  • The list of servers you manage, fetched on each session to know what to show. This list is not stored in our database

From the subscription

  • The subscription ID at PayPal, the plan, the status and the dates of the paid period
  • Who started the subscription (your Discord ID) and its change history
  • The notices PayPal sends about the subscription, stored only with ID, type and time

Payment is processed by PayPal. Card data and your PayPal account data never go through here, and PayPal handles them under its own privacy policy.

What we do NOT collect

None of your support content goes through here. In particular, we do not receive:

  • Your API key for any AI provider
  • The content of messages, tickets or transcripts
  • Prompts sent to the AI or responses it generates
  • The identity of the end users served on your server
  • Card data or your PayPal account data

What we use it for

To operate licensing (deciding what is unlocked for each server), to process and check the subscription and send notices about it, to provide support when something does not work, and to size the product — knowing which models are in use avoids, for example, maintaining support for a model nobody uses anymore.

How long we keep it

The individual record of each license check is deleted automatically after 30 days, and PayPal notices after 90 days. The latest snapshot of the server and the license and subscription histories are kept while the installation exists, because that is what answers support and billing questions.

Who we share it with

We do not sell data. It stays on the infrastructure that hosts this site and is shared only with those needed for the service to work: Discord, at sign-in, and PayPal, for the subscription.

International transfer

This site's infrastructure and the Discord and PayPal services may process data on servers located outside Brazil.

Your rights

Under Brazil's LGPD, you can request confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, portability, deletion and information about the sharing of your data. Removing the bot from your server stops the checks and the record is no longer updated; to request deletion of what has already been recorded, use the contact below. Requests about data inside a bot installation should go to whoever administers that server.

Cookies

We only use necessary cookies: one that keeps you signed in; another, encrypted, that holds the temporary Discord authorization used to list your servers; a temporary one that protects the sign-in while you go to Discord and back; and one that remembers the language you chose. There are no advertising or third-party analytics cookies.

Minors

This site is not directed at children under 13. Use by minors must follow Discord's Terms, with guardian supervision where local law requires it.

Changes

This policy may change. The date at the top of this page is always that of the version in force.
