Terms of use
Last updated: September 30, 2026
These terms govern the use of Pro Ticket — the Discord support bot, the web panel that comes with it and this site, which handles the AI module license and the subscription. By using the bot or signing in to this site with your Discord account, you agree to what is written here.
1. What Pro Ticket is
Pro Ticket is a Discord bot with a web panel for ticket-based support, user verification, assisted moderation and community features. It is distributed for self-hosting: each administrator deploys their own instance — for example, through the Railway template — with their own Discord application and database. This site does not host the bot: it issues the AI module license, shows the status of each server and processes the subscription.
2. Acceptance and eligibility
You must comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Use assumes the minimum age required by Discord (13 or older, depending on jurisdiction); minors should use the service under the supervision of their legal guardians, where applicable. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use Pro Ticket.
3. Account and access
Access to this site is through your Discord account. You can only see and manage servers you own or where you have the Manage Server permission — the list comes from Discord on every session, not from anything you type. You are responsible for keeping your Discord account secure.
4. Your installation
Whoever installs a Pro Ticket instance is solely responsible for operating it and for processing their community's data under applicable data protection law — including configuring it appropriately and informing the server's members. The developer provides the image and the deployment template, does not host third-party instances and has no access to the tickets and messages of servers they do not administer. When installation and hosting are arranged with the developer, they operate the instance following the customer's instructions, and the customer remains responsible for their own community. Use of the bot image is subject to the EULA published in the distribution repository (opens in a new tab).
5. Modules, trial and license
The bot is free to self-host. The artificial intelligence module is optional, has a trial period and, after it, requires a subscription. Under the default conditions, the trial starts the first time AI is used on the server; the deadline and conditions for a server are set when it first appears, and policy changes apply to new installations. If the trial ends without a subscription, only the AI stops working — the rest of the bot keeps going. Pro Ticket does not provide the artificial intelligence service: the module does not include access to models, credits or API keys. You choose, and sign up for, the provider and the model, with your own key, free or paid; cost, limits, availability and answer quality depend on them and are handled directly with the provider. The subscription covers the module's license, not model usage.
6. Payment and cancellation
The AI module subscription is per server, recurring and processed by PayPal. The default price is symbolic and goes toward keeping Pro Ticket in development — updates, support for new models and providers, and new features. The price and billing cycle are shown before confirmation — on the pricing page and on the server's subscription screen, which may have its own price when arranged with the developer (for example, with installation and hosting included). You can cancel at any time from the customer area or directly in PayPal: billing stops, and access continues until the end of the period you already paid for. Refund requests can be made through the contact channels and are reviewed according to applicable law.
7. Availability
Pro Ticket and this site are provided "as is", with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability, absence of errors or fitness for a particular purpose. By design, an outage of this site does not block your bot: it keeps working with the last valid license it received. The developer may carry out maintenance and change features at any time. Third-party integrations — Discord, Railway, MongoDB, Steam, PayPal and the AI providers — depend on each one's availability and policies. To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for losses resulting from unavailability, moderation decisions, content posted in tickets or configurations made by the administrator.
8. Acceptable use
Use Pro Ticket only for legitimate support, moderation and community management purposes. It is forbidden to use it for illegal activity, harassment, discrimination, fraud or violation of third-party rights; to try to bypass the license check; to redistribute licenses; or to automate API calls beyond what the bot's normal operation needs. Access for an installation that does any of these things may be suspended.
9. Intellectual property
Pro Ticket's code, brand, design and documentation belong to its developer, except for third-party components with their own licenses. The bot image is proprietary software whose source code is not published: reverse engineering, unauthorized redistribution, sublicensing and commercialization without express permission are prohibited. The files in the distribution repository (Dockerfile, docker-compose and examples) are under the MIT license.
10. Termination
You can stop using the service at any time by removing the bot from your server and cancelling the subscription, if there is one. Material violations of these terms or of the EULA may lead to revocation of the license to use. Data already stored in your installation remains under your control.
11. Changes
These terms may change. Relevant changes will be announced with reasonable notice, and the date at the top of this page is always that of the version in force. Continuing to use the service after a change means you agree to the new version.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes shall be submitted to the courts of the developer's domicile, unless otherwise required by law.
13. Contact
Questions about these terms, the subscription or the installation: talk to the developer through the community on Discord (opens in a new tab) or through the repository on GitHub (opens in a new tab).
